The QC Facades metal systems are unique, open-jointed cladding systems based on the principles of rainscreen façade technology. The lightweight skins are fused to the aluminum honeycomb core that provides extreme panel strength and flatness. They are engineered to deliver both outstanding aesthetic appeal and excellent functionality. QC aluminum honeycomb panels and components have been designed to perform in even the most challenging of environments and have been independently tested for corrosion resistance, fire resistance, impact resistance and wind-load performance. Every QC aluminum honeycomb façade system is made to measure and manufactured in a controlled factory environment. This process guarantees optimum performance with no waste or time-consuming processes on site.

Incorporated within our honeycomb composite technology are two metal skins that sandwich a unique aluminum honeycomb structure specifically designed to withstand high wind pressure and shear force while maintaining industry leading flatness. The skin and the honeycomb are joined together using high quality adhesives to create an extremely strong and solid mechanical construction.

  • QC50

    QC50 is our ADAPTIVE panel. It is a high quality panel that can be fitted to almost any aspect of a building. It can be specified for both internal and external applications and fitted vertically or horizontally. QC50 is available in a range of natural materials, is lightweight and easy to install. It is not just a cut honeycomb sheet, it is a high performance, made to measure cassette, produced out of two folded layers with an aluminum honeycomb core adhered inside. This unique manufacturing process allows QC Facades to offer various thicknesses of panels.

  • QC100

    QC100 is our ELEMENTAL panel, with its roll formed edge on two sides it allows for easy installation when using the supplied fixing clamps. The clamp cover provides an optical 1″ closed joint, which can be colored to match the panel to create a monolithic look or accented to create an interesting visual effect. The QC100 is both horizontally and vertically mountable and the unique combination of the roll formed edges and clamps makes QC100 ideally suited for projects with large self-supporting roofs.

  • QC200

    QC200 is our SOPHISTICATED panel, a fully engineered panel with aluminum extruded frames on four sides. The 1/2″ reveal and visual closed joint of the QC200 lays deeper, which creates a lifting effect and accentuates the visual appearance of each panel even more giving the system a look similar to that of an open joint. Our specially designed extruded top profile ensures easy, direct fastened installation on every substructure. Integrated channels provide ventilation that enable rain and condensation to drain behind the cladding surface, ensuring a much cleaner facade with lower maintenance costs.

  • QC300

    QC300 is our most ROBUST panel, it is our most comprehensive facade solution. With a minimal 3/8″ joint and low profile return within the reveal it is an ideal external wall finish. For smaller projects it has the look of a plate system while maintaining the performance required for larger buildings such as high rise residential buildings and skyscrapers which are exposed to the most extreme weather conditions. QC300 features free hanging panels with a ventilated cavity and open joints that are designed to reduce surface wind loads. Tall buildings by their very nature require a different level of technical specification and QC Facades has developed a unique patented method of installation (including wall brackets, support rails and fixing plates) to meet these building requirements.
